Executive Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support daily operations and client service at a growing CPA firm. This part-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional environment, handles confidential information with discretion, and enjoys keeping a busy office running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule client appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Greet clients, answer phone calls, and respond to general inquiries
- Prepare, organize, and file tax documents, financial reports, and correspondence
- Assist with bookkeeping data entry and light office administration
- Handle incoming mail, email triage, and follow-up communications
- Maintain orderly client files and support firm-wide confidentiality standards
Requirements
- Prior administrative or executive assistant experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning accounting software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently during flexible hours
Nice to have
- Experience in a CPA, accounting, or legal office
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping platforms
- Associate degree or equivalent business coursework
