We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support daily operations and client service at a growing CPA firm. This part-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional environment, handles confidential information with discretion, and enjoys keeping a busy office running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule client appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Greet clients, answer phone calls, and respond to general inquiries
  • Prepare, organize, and file tax documents, financial reports, and correspondence
  • Assist with bookkeeping data entry and light office administration
  • Handle incoming mail, email triage, and follow-up communications
  • Maintain orderly client files and support firm-wide confidentiality standards

Requirements

  • Prior administrative or executive assistant experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning accounting software
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently during flexible hours

Nice to have

  • Experience in a CPA, accounting, or legal office
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping platforms
  • Associate degree or equivalent business coursework
